Talent Map Global

Privacy Policy

Layout copy only — replace before launch.

1. Overview

This text is sample layout language for design review. It is not Talent Map Global’s privacy policy and has no legal effect.

A finished notice will explain what this site collects, why it is used, who it is shared with, and how to reach the company. Counsel will supply the operative version before launch.

2. Who we are

Talent Map Global is a Philippines-based business process outsourcing partner serving U.S. companies. This website is presented from the office listed in the site footer.

The controller, registered address, and a privacy email will be named here once the client publishes them.

3. Information we collect

The contact and calculator forms ask for a name, work email, and details about the roles you are exploring. We may also collect technical data such as browser type and pages viewed, if analytics is connected.

We do not ask for payment card numbers on this site. Do not send sensitive personal data through the enquiry form.

4. How we use information

Form submissions are used to prepare for a discovery call and, when the client Sheet is connected, to record the enquiry. Calculator leads include the roles and headcounts you selected.

If analytics is added, it will be used to understand how the site is used — not to sell a list of visitors.

5. When we share information

A live policy will name processors such as the website host, form destination, and email provider. Those vendors will be bound to use the data only to provide their service.

We will not describe selling personal information here unless counsel says that is what the business does.

6. How long we keep information

Enquiry records should be kept only as long as needed to respond and, where required, to meet record-keeping duties. Exact periods belong in the client-approved notice.

This layout does not set a retention schedule.

7. How we protect information

The live site should use HTTPS and limit access to form destinations to people who need to handle enquiries.

No website can promise that transmission over the internet is perfectly secure. The finished notice should say that plainly, without invented certifications.

8. Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to object to certain uses. How to exercise those rights will be described once a contact email exists.

You can also choose not to submit a form.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

The site may use cookies or similar tools if analytics is installed. A finished notice will list categories (necessary, analytics) and how to control them in your browser.

Until GA4 is connected, this section is a heading for layout only.

10. International transfers

Talent Map Global operates in the Philippines and serves U.S. companies. Information you submit may be stored or processed in more than one country.

The operative policy will describe the safeguards counsel requires for those transfers.

11. Children

This website is aimed at business buyers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through these forms.

If you believe a child has submitted information, use the contact path named in the finished notice.

Pages may link to other sites, including an applicant tracking system when that URL is published. Those sites have their own practices.

This layout notice does not cover websites we do not operate.

13. Changes to this notice

When a real policy is in force, updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

This sample will be replaced in full rather than edited as if it were live.

14. How to contact us

Until a privacy email is published, use the contact form on this website or the office address in the footer.

Do not treat this paragraph as a designated data-protection contact.

15. Effective date

No effective date is set. This layout is not in force and must be replaced before the site is offered as a live service.

Counsel will date the operative policy when it is approved.
