Company story
Talent Map Global BPO was founded in 2026 by Travis Mack. He chose to build the company in the Philippines because the country is close to his heart. Through his military experience and exposure to Filipino culture, as well as being surrounded and guided by leaders within the Filipino community, Travis developed a deep appreciation for the country's wonderful people, community, and culture.
Talent Map Global BPO was developed to meet the critical need for an English-speaking, well-educated workforce to support medium- to large-sized businesses based in the United States. Our goal is to provide opportunities for talented individuals while helping amazing and growing companies access the skilled support they need.
Mr. Mack looks forward to growing Talent Map Global BPO into an industry-leading BPO company domiciled in the Philippines, creating meaningful opportunities for Filipino professionals while delivering exceptional support to businesses around the world.

Biography
Mr. Travis Mack is an accomplished executive, entrepreneur, investor, and U.S. Navy veteran with more than 27 years of leadership experience across government contracting, technology, real estate, and global business.

He is the Chairman & CEO of Talent Map Global BPO, Inc., founded in 2026 with a vision to connect talented Filipino professionals with meaningful career opportunities while helping businesses around the world grow through exceptional global talent.
Mr. Mack also serves as Chairman & CEO of Saalex Corporation, a federal aerospace and defense contractor employing more than 1,200 professionals nationwide, and Valeo Networks, a leading IT services company specializing in cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and network administration.
In addition, he is the Founder and Fund Manager of the Greenwood Self Storage Fund and the founder of The Mack Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing support, scholarships, and educational opportunities to underserved communities.
A decorated service-disabled veteran, Mr. Mack holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, an honorary Doctorate in Business, and has completed executive leadership programs at Dartmouth College, USC, UCLA, and Clark Atlanta University.
