Talent Map Global

Terms

Layout copy only — replace before launch.

1. Overview

This text is sample layout language for design review. It is not Talent Map Global’s terms of use or a client services agreement, and it has no legal effect.

A finished document will be written by counsel. Until then, treat every heading on this page as structure, not a promise.

2. Who these terms apply to

These sample terms are written as if they applied to visitors using this website and to businesses exploring Resource Support.

They would not replace a signed statement of work. Engagement terms belong in a contract the client actually executes.

3. The services we describe

The site describes dedicated offshore seats across IT, investment support, accounting and HR, digital marketing, and operations and sales.

Nothing on a marketing page is an offer to supply a named person, a start date, or a rate. Those items, when they exist, will be in a commercial agreement.

4. Accounts and access

This website does not create customer accounts. There is no login, candidate portal, or client dashboard in this build.

If access to tools or systems is part of an engagement, that will be described in the operative agreement — not here.

5. Fees and payment

The calculator is an estimate for conversation. Figures shown while layout rates are on are not Talent Map Global pricing and are not a quote.

Invoicing, currency, and payment terms will appear only in a client-approved commercial document.

6. Client responsibilities

A typical engagement would require the client to provide a clear brief, interview and approve candidates, and give access to the tools the work needs.

This sample does not create those duties. It only shows where that clause would sit.

7. Talent and placement

People placed through Talent Map Global work for U.S. company workflows; employment administration sits with Talent Map Global unless a signed contract says otherwise.

This paragraph is positioning for layout. It is not an employer-of-record representation.

8. Confidentiality

Both sides would normally keep confidential the other’s business information, candidate data, and anything marked confidential.

The scope, duration, and exceptions belong in counsel’s draft — including what happens if a regulator requires disclosure.

9. Intellectual property

Work product created for a client in the course of an engagement is usually the client’s, subject to the signed agreement and any pre-existing tools or templates.

This site’s design, copy, and code are not licensed to visitors beyond ordinary viewing.

10. Acceptable use

Do not misuse this website: no scraping that degrades the service, no injecting malware, and no submitting false information in a form.

We may limit access if use threatens the site or other visitors. That remedy, if any, will be stated in the live terms.

11. Disclaimers

The website is provided for information. It does not warrant that content is complete, that the calculator matches a future invoice, or that a role on a page is available tomorrow.

Counsel will decide how far those disclaimers go under applicable law.

12. Limitation of liability

A live agreement will cap and exclude certain kinds of damages, to the extent the law allows. This layout does not set a cap and does not waive any rights.

Do not rely on this section in a dispute.

13. Termination

Website terms can usually be ended by stopping use of the site. A staffing engagement would have its own notice periods and wind-down steps in the commercial contract.

Those periods are not invented here.

14. Changes to these terms

When real terms exist, Talent Map Global may post a revised version on this page. Continued use after the effective date would be described in that draft.

This sample will be replaced, not versioned as if it were live.

15. How to contact us

Questions about these layout terms can go through the contact form or the office address in the footer.

A legal notice address and email will be added when the client supplies them.
